Highspeed 7, the fastest passenger - vehicle catamaran in Europe, reaching speeds up to 42 knots, has returned to the port of Piraeus after mine months and will be operating the Iraklio - Santorini - Ios - Mykonos route following its complete overhaul. 

The project was completed at FINCANTIERI ATSM Yard in Trieste, Italy, following an international tender. The navigation and safety systems have been completely overhauled and upgraded with state-of-the art equipment.  Two passenger decks and the bridge have been constructed from the beginning. in addition, ta large part of the existing garage on the mezzanine deck was converted to passenger accommodation space. Guests can enjoy the services given by the 5 new bars with contemporary design installed on board as well as relax at the external deck now protected by a modern wind screen. Highspeed 7 is now not only the fastest but also the most luxurious passenger - vehicle vessel currently operating in the Greek coastal services. 

Highspeed 7 will begin its route on Tuesday 14th June at 13:50 from Mykonos to Paros - Ios - Santorini - Iraklio until 17th October 2016.
