Check-in online and get your Smart Ticket


If you have purchased your tickets through our company’s website, you can either print them or download them and have them with you to your smartphone or tablet.

Web Check in

If you have purchased your tickets through our company’s call center or a 3rd party agent you can Check-in online up to 30 minutes prior to the ship’s scheduled departure time.

Then, you can download your Hellenic Seaways Smart Ticket to your mobile device or print it.

In 3 simple steps

Fill in your reservation’s or ticket’s number and your last name as they were registered during the booking process/ purchase.

Select the passengers’/ vehicle’s tickets from your reservation, for which you want to Check-in.

Get your Smart Ticket/ boarding pass for every selected passenger/ vehicle.
Available options:

  • Print your Smart Ticket/ boarding pass
  • Receive your Smart Ticket/ boarding pass via e-mail
  • Download your Smart Ticket/ boarding pass to your smartphone or tablet or send the tickets to your Pass Wallet/ Apple Wallet

Additional Information

If you wish, you can Web Check-in prior to your departure for your return trip as well (as long as your itinerary is within the above-mentioned time limit).

  • If you are a passenger on a multi-leg trip, you can Check-in online for each leg of your trip.
  • If you show a hard copy of your Smart Ticket/ boarding pass during the boarding process, it should be the original document printed. Photocopies or faxed tickets will not be accepted. If you can’t find a printer to print your Smart Ticket/ boarding pass, you can visit the HSW ticket office at the port and we will print it for you.

Head to the ship through the port’s gate marked on your Smart Ticket/ boarding pass, at least 30 minutes prior to the ship’s scheduled departure time, without the need of visiting a ticket office.

In case you travel with a vehicle, you should park it in the vehicles waiting area alongside the vessel at least one hour prior to the scheduled departure time.

When boarding the ship, you should present your ID or Passport or Driver’s License and your Smart Ticket/ boarding pass received after the Web Check-in procedure.
